I've been buying local honey since 2013 starting in Nevada. I'm always surprised by the difference in flavors from different hives. Hilbert's has great flavor and color. It's medicinal for me. Flavor is a bonus. A jar of the Elderberry infused is on my Christmas list. I enjoyed the store. Certainly helps make Traverse City even more special. Keep up the good work. If Santa doesn't come thru I'll see you in January.
